All elements composing the website (text, logos, design system, source code, illustrations) are the exclusive property of Romain JEAN, unless otherwise indicated. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or exploitation, in part or in whole, without prior written authorization is prohibited and constitutes infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The "KeepAlive" trademark and associated logos belong to Romain JEAN. A trademark application has been filed with the INPI [to be confirmed].

5. Cookies
This website uses no third-party analytics or advertising cookies. Any future audience measurement will be self-hosted and compliant with CNIL guidelines on cookies exempt from consent.
6. Limitation of liability
The KeepAlive application is provided "as is". Although every technical and organizational precaution is taken to ensure service reliability (encryption, redundancy, monitoring), users are urged to always dial the official emergency numbers (112, 17, 15, 18 in France; 911 in the US; 999 in the UK) in case of immediate danger. KeepAlive is a complement to, not a substitute for, official emergency services.
The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from: an outage of the cellular or Internet network, a failure of the user's device, an alert not being received by a recipient (SMS, email, webhook), or improper use of the PIN codes.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or enforcement falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
